I was on the tech crew for the day at Full of Noises when I was asked to fill in on bass hand bells for the rehearsal, possibly the gig as someone was not going to make it – Needless to say I did play the gig. It was fun, if nerve racking to get thrown in at the deep end, but Jon and the crew were lovely and supportive and I did a decent enough job.
